Ella Catherine's class had a Christmas breakfast and program the last day before they got out for Christmas break. They recited Twas the Night Before Christmas. Each child was given a passage to memorize and a posterboard to decorate. Ella Catherine was given the opening passage. She had it memorized in two days and when the time came did GREAT! No stage fright. She stood up and spoke clearly for all to hear. Matt, Carter and I couldnt have been prouder. When they were done they all stood and sang some Christmas carols for us. Then after breakfast they had a book swap. Each child was asked to bring in a wrapped book to exchange. It was a fun morning. Great way to kick off the Holiday season.
